We provide aging wellness education, engaging mind activities and fun ways to activate the 5 areas of your BRAIN through seated chair exercise! Intended for all individuals wanting to maintain Brain Health and enjoy the benefits of physical and social engagement! If you think you would like to fire up those neurons, please join us on the third Tuesday of every month at the Cathe Center-lower level, 1:30-3:00 pm. Class Fees are $30 for 3 classes ahead and $12 drop-in.   We offer a wide array of topics and group activities each month i.e. Nutrition tips, Stress Busters, Mind Exercise, Journaling your Life Story thru Catch My Story and fun ways to exercise your Physical Well- Being through Ageless Grace®
