Summer Classes 2008

 

Fall Session 1 Starts September 3rd thru Oct 20th ( 7 weeks)

Fall Session 2 October 27 thru December 20th ( 7 weeks)

Mixed Level Yoga: Develop the mind, breath and body through basic Hatha yoga movement. Strengthen your body, calm your mind. Modifications are given for all levels.

Level 2: Vinyasa style. Flow through the movements and hold asanas longer. Build strength and increase cardiovascular fitness. This class is designed for students who have experienced Level 1 and are looking for more sensation.

Yoga Groove: Practice Hatha Yoga in this casual, free style, mixed level class. Groove to popular tunes while growing strong and balanced.

Zumba: Latin and exotic music rhythms make up Zumba. You don’t have to know how to dance to do Zumba. Students go with the flow and enjoy the party. This class is designed for everyone!

Wear comfortable clothes for yoga and bring your own mat. Mats are available for purchase.
We recommend practicing with bre feet. Wear gym clothes and shoes for Zumba. Bring water.
